Return Policy

Krishna Chitralaya believes in quality. We are committed to providing quality products, and accordingly, our Return Policy is made simpler for you.

Unfortunately, you receive our products in a defective condition or damaged, then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products either by call or email. And, give genuine reasons for return, or else you will not be suitable for return.

Before putting it up for return, you are requested to read and understand our Terms and Conditions for Return. These are mentioned below:

·           All the return requests can be accepted before the shipment of the product(s).

 

·           After the product(s) is/are shipped, no return requests could be entertained. But you can still request a return after receiving the product(s).

 

·           If acceptance of your canceled order, the payment has been credited to our account towards the canceled order will be refunded within fifteen working days.

 

·           Refunds should be only made through a Cheque deposit in your bank account or NEFT transfer. There is no cash payment include in our policy.

 

·           Unfortunately, you are not fully satisfied with our product(s), we entreaty you to please reach us within 24 hours of getting the product by sending an email at support@krishnachitralaya.com giving your order details and a genuine reason for return. And after reviewing the same request, you to send the product(s) back to us within 7 working days at our address mentioned on the website.

 

·           Any type of product ordered against the exchange of a previous order will not be eligible for exchange anymore.

 

·           Shipping charges, either international or domestic, and any taxes /duties paid while ordering the product(s) or sending the product(s) back are not eligible for a refund.

 

·           The returned product(s) will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes invoices, warranty cards (if any), bags, tags, documentation, boxes, and all accessories that were present when the item was delivered to you.

 

·           The returned item(s) must be in its original condition and unused. If it is damaged, used, altered, or soiled, the return will not be processed, and the items will be sent back to you.

 

·           Kindly note that we will not offer a certain delivery time. Though we will provide all assistance to get the shipments delivered in the shortest possible time. No return will be applicable due to logistics delays.

 

·           Items in sets cannot be returned separately.
