Cancellation of Order by our Customer
We have no Cancellation policy once the item(s) has/have been shipped to your address.
Read carefully of our Cancellation Policy
· If any item(s) is/are canceled by you after placing the order and before being shipped by us, then Krishna Chitralaya will charge a restocking fee applicable as per the item(s) category, which will be a minimum of 15% of the order value or higher.
· Refund of your product(s) will be made within 5-10 working days by cheque after deducting such restocking fee as applicable.
· Krishna Chitralaya also reserves the right to provide you with a coupon for the refund price. And the coupon can be utilized by you for making other online purchases within the website.
