That Stack Of Art Paper Is Then Attached To A Backing Board With A Padding Glue. This Glue Is Applied To All Four Sides Of The Paper. Since All 4 Sides Are Glued, You Will Not Have To Stretch The Paper Before Painting. After Painting, Take A Paper Cutter And Splice It Off The Block.
